Lobbying- How to write or email

It's often better to write a formal letter to make a complaint or lobby for change. Email, although instant, does not have the same formality as a letter.

Firstly, you need to identify your target. Who is most likely to be in a position to change things for you?

You have to have a 'burning issue' that's going to make a difference to how comfortable or safe you feel on the roads or obtaining better provision for commuting cyclists at a local train station o

Lobbying- the Cyclist as Citizen

Cyclists are citizens and so are entitled to engage in the democratic process in order to lobby for change in how government and public bodies do or do not do things for cyclists.
