Here's a typical example on High St. D8 of a substandard substandard width cycle lane (as low as 0.9 m in this case) wedged between a 2.0 m lane of traffic and a row of parking bays where cyclists are at risk of hitting opening car doors.

Unfortunately designs such as this are still being proposed again and again.
