Helmet law increases injury rate as wall as reducing cycling numbers, says study

This new study says the NZ helmet law is estimated to cost about 53 lives per year in premature deaths, result in thousands of fines and has failed to promote cycling, safety, health, accident compensation, environmental issues or civil liberties.
