ECF AGM - Bicycles

Please note that we will provide you with a bicycle for the cycle tours in Dublin on the Sunday, unless you advise us via the Registration Questionnaire that you do not need one. If you require a bicycle for other days in Dublin, we strongly recommend you use the Dublin Bikes public bikes. The cost is just €5 for a 3 day pass and you can organise this when you arrive in Dublin (credit card required).

The photo above is from a recent Kerry Bicycle Festival - thanks to Keith O’Faoláin (KBC)

Bicycles will also be available in Sligo. Again, if booking this trip, please let us know if you will not require one. The details are in the Registration Survey Questionnaire, as below. In regard to carrying bicycles on public transport (to the West), we have yet to decide if we will use a train or a coach to travel to Dublin and Sligo (and back). Information on carrying bikes on trains is available in the Irish Rail website. We have yet to issue information on the possibilities of carrying bikes on coaches if we go for that option. We suggest that it will be easier not to bring (full size) bicycles with you on your trip, but to book bicycles that will be available in Dublin and in Sligo.
