Celebrate National Biodiversity Week by exploring some of Dublin 12’s hedgerows. Organised by Dublin Cycling Campaign in association with Hedgerows Ireland, and funded by the Irish Environmental Network, this event will give participants the chance to learn about hedgerow planting and maintenance and to find out why hedgerows are so important to biodiversity.

This is a gentle, short cycle in parks and on public roads in Dublin 12. Cyclists of all ages and abilities are welcome, though any children cycling independently must be accompanied by an adult.

Light refreshments will be provided at the end of the event.
