The Dublin Cycling Campaign supports a new campaign to make 30kph the default speed limit in European cities.
We warmly welcome the NTA’s Cycle Network Plan and support its early implementation.
The campaign made this submission on the Blackrock Local Area Plan
Dublin City Council area is approximately 115 square kilometres, with a population of approximately 550,000, the largest in the Greater Dublin Area.
